When ordering your gown with us, we offer three options based on your wedding timeframe and gown vision: Made to Order Standard, Made to Order Customised, or Ready to Wear. If your wedding is less than 6 months away and you want a Customised MTO gown, for an additional fee we can fast track some gowns with priority. No matter if your wedding is next month, or next year, we have you covered with options.

Our Made to Order gowns are made specifically to your order, we don’t mass produce. Our timelines are 5 months for a standard size gown and 6 months for a customised gown. We also have a highly curated offering of Ready to Wear gowns on hand for our last-minute brides that can be shipped in 3-5 days.

We started Grace with a mission to make wedding dress shopping easy. Refer to our simple table to learn about the key features of each option to help determine which path will suit you best.

Please note, not all styles are available in all options due to each gowns complexity and design so it’s best to refer to the gown product page determine if a specific gown is the one for you.

GOWNS

You can use the filter on the Made to Order collection to order our Standard Size gowns.

SIZING

Handmade to your standard dress size and 155cm shoulder-to-floor height.

Take measurements before ordering to determine your dress size.

ORDER TIMEFRAME

Order 5.5 months prior to allow time for shipping and alterations.

Your gown is shipped 5 months after your purchase.

You have up to 7 days after your purchase to change your mind.

You can cancel your order and receive a refund up to 7 days from your purchase date, a cancellation fee then applies.

You can cancel your order up to 7 days after purchase. After this you cannot return or exchange your gown as it has gone into production.

Customised

Your gown will be handmade to your size ranges and height with the option to customise some elements of your gown.

MESURES DUES

6 months before wedding date (this will be called your lock in date).

ORDER TIMEFRAME

Order 6 months prior to allow time for shipping and alterations.

You have up to your "Lock in Date" which is 6 months before your wedding to change your mind.

If you cancel your order within 30 days of purchase a cancellation fee applies.

RETOURS ET ÉCHANGES**

Refund and Exchanges are permitted up to 6 months before your wedding date. After this you cannot return or exchange as your gown has gone into production.

Prêt-à-porter

In stock & handmade to a standard dress size (XS-XXXL). Any bride can order a RTW gown.

GOWNS

You can order any gown in the Ready to Wear collection.

SIZING

Handmade to a standard size and 155cm shoulder-to-floor height.

The only option for a wedding date less than 10 weeks away.

QU'EST-CE QU'UNE FOURCHETTE DE TAILLES ?

A est une fourchette de 5 cm dans laquelle vos mesures se situent et qui est prise à quatre endroits différents du corps afin de déterminer la meilleure coupe pour votre silhouette. Par exemple, une mariée peut mesurer un buste XL, un dessous de buste L, une taille XL et une hanche M. Nous fabriquons votre robe selon la gamme de tailles correcte dans chaque zone.
